i am thinking of purchasing a new handset... can you recommend some good mobile shops? i have heard subhiksha is the cheapest.. is it true?

No don't go for Subhiksha. I don't know which store u'll get cheap but def. not in Subhiksha.
yes, I checked subhiksha and mobilestore..they are not the cheapest.. you can get better deals in small shops on JM Road.
