This trust was founded in 1954 by Late Param Poojya Prabhakar Keshav Sardeshmukh Maharaj; with the blessings of Sadguru Mali Maharaj. The trust has its own land of 63 acres at Wagholi, which has been donated by revert Late Prabhakar K. Sardeshmukh Maharaj to the trust. The trust has many wings viz. Ayurvedic wing, Musical wing, Yoga Wing. The trust is conducting Ayurved Hospital and Research Center since 1984 at Wagholi. There are also various herbal medicinal plantations at the place.
