Be it a party, or a function, this sweet finds its place everywhere. Clients order around 10 kilograms of gajar ka halwa during the parties. “But most of the days we do prepare 5 to 6 kilograms of halwa,” Aatwani adds. In fact another delicious addition to this heavenly delicacy is a special garnishing with more dry fruits priced at Rs 180 per kg.
