It was the day of my son's XII results and I was so tensed. I sat beside
him while he logged on the website with his registration no. "Ma", he
screamed in excitement, "I scored 1191, with centum in 4 subjects." I
can't believe it. "I kind of became numb in my excitement. My eyes
became wet. I kissed him on his forehead and smiled."

Soon we realized that he stood first in the state. Oh, my joy knew no
bounds when Reporters and media persons soon swamped my house for
interviews and photos. I was so honored to join him in the snaps.

Human beings are social creatures and have always valued the importance of friends in their lives. To celebrate this noble feeling it was deemed fit to have a day dedicated to friends and friendship. Accordingly, first Sunday of August was declared as a holiday in US in honor of friends by a Proclamation made by US Congress in 1935. Since then, World Friendship Day is being celebrated every year on the first Sunday in the month of August.

A Mom comes to visit her son Kumar for dinner.....who lives with a girl room mate Sunita.

During the course of the meal, his mother couldn't help but notice how pretty Kumar's, roommate was.

She had long been suspicious of a relationship between the two, and this had only made her more curious.

Over the course of the evening, while watching the two interact, she started to wonder if there was more between Kumar and his roommate than met the eye. Reading his mom's thoughts, Kumar volunteered,

"I know what you must be thinking, but I assure you, Sunita and I are just roommates."

I felt as if the death has taken me.
Life seemed so unreal and untrue
cause you weren't there for me.
But still the hope remained

Still, The hope survives in me
Thinking that one-day you'll be mine.

But hope still exists,
That our love will stand the test of time.
Maybe you never really loved me
But hope still shows me the way...

Both Friends will think the other is busy and
will not contact thinking it may b disturbing.
As time passes both will
think let the other contact.
After that each will think why should I
contact first. Here ur love will be converted to Hate.
Finally without
contact the memory becomes weak.
They forget each other. One fine Day they
will meet n blame one another.
So Keep in touch with all your Friends.

friendship is a very strange thing.
When it seems that no one would like you, they do.
When it seems the time we spend with someone special will never end, it does.
But the special times we've shared will never be forgotten because the memories time will never erase.
Dear friend, even though many things changed, one thing will never change is the love i have for you.
