3 Steps in 3 Minutes to Relaxation....!!!

Step 1: Find your REMINDER

Nominate a method of how you are going to remind and inspire yourself to go to your special destination.

Step 2: VISUALIZE your Tranquil Destination

Close your eyes and picture yourself there with as much detail as you can.

Step 3: EMOTIONALIZE

Spend between 1 to 3 minutes approximately every hour you are awake just feeling what it is like to be there.
