I have heard that govt. has removed any parking charges for new flats in upcoming projects in pimpri chinchwad area. Now builders can not charge customers for open Parking or covered parking. Parking will be allocated by lottery system.

Is this news true? does someone have any reference to it in newspapers or on any website?

I am looking to purchase a 2bhk flat in pune.
It will be better if its in Aundh,baner, sanghvi or wakad area. Also open to other areas like kalyani nagar, nagar road etc.
